Helping with our Annual Rummage Sale


Hello Dear Friends:

Just wanted to issue a general invitation for all those who would be willing to help us with our annual Rummage Sale. The sale is sceduled for July 10th, 11th, and 12th. We are going to meet at the church on two Thursday Nights in June for planning. During this time we will be discussing what needs to be done, how it should be done and who will do it. We need help during the 3 days before the sale to pick up, set up and price items and we need help during the sale. The two Thursdays are June 12th and June 26th. Meeting time is 7pm!

We would like to know if you can help, even if you can’t come to the planning meetings. Even a few hours, before or during the sale would be a big help. We are gong to start setting up on Monday July 7th in the Auditorium.

If you can give us some time, please respond to this email and let us know. Also, if you have stuff to donate, that also would be great. We will be collecting stuff at the church from now until the sale.

So many of you have been such a huge help in the past. Last year we broke all records and took in close to $12,000 to buy medicine for our medical camps.

Again this year we are planning on having Non Profit groups come on Saturday at the close of the sale and take whatever they want. This is a huge boost to groups that need things for their ministry and it gives the sale even more meaning.
