On Thursday we are off again to Kenya with a team of 6 people. We have a very busy schedule during our two week visit. First we will be off to the city of Narok to launch a new ministry which will be a safe house for young Masai girls. This home will house a number of girls who have been or are at risk of being abused by the men in the Masai culture. After that it is on to Kisumu, where we will be leading a large conference for widows and the Solid Rock Widows Center. Then on to Kakamega to visit the site of our latest major well project. Finally it is back to Nairobi to visit our AIDS ministry, our Christian School for kids and our feeding center in the Kibera slums. Along the way we will do whatever the Lord leads us to do. Usually there are as many adventures in the side bar as there are on the main page.

What an adventure! We want to thank all who have given financially to make these vital ministries a reality and to keep them all going. Also we thank you so much for your prayers.

After the team returns home on January 24th, Valerie and I will be staying on in Kenya for two more months until March 27th. We feel called to invest this time to solidify the foundations of all that we are doing and to further train our Kenya team as they shoulder the burden of this great work.

Blessings to you all dear friends. You will be hearing from me.
